I want to complain!

Im bullied by somebody! jus name him/ her "IT" okay.

Here's how it went.

Me: Hello! This is bookfest. Here to inform u dat ur book is sold! so u can come to BSC room to collect ur book on monday!

IT: what about the rest of my books? U mean all sold? Ok.
( nt even a thank you or whatever okay. FUCK.)

me: Erm no. only one is sold. The rest cos u did nt collect on friday so they are now under
BSC property.

IT: Oh no. No one told me that my books are not sold. Im shocked. No way. Those are mine.

me: It is stated on a paper at the booth that sellers are to collect their books on friday if they are unsold. You come down, We talk.

IT: Talk about what? Tis the 1st time im selling my books thru tis channel. N i wasn't informed throughout our transaction.. Its nt rite to jus say paper stated it.There is no need to tok. I jus want my unsold books back. I was only informed that my 1 book was sold today. Din hear from any 1 yest. how am i suppose to know if my books were sold or not? Lets b fair, give me my $ for the sold book and return all my unsold books on Monday.

Like WTH la. im freakin pissed. can. dun even bother to reply bk alr. notice all his short forms or whatever. dey are worse than these. i've changed alot. cant even read some of them la. It took me a while to understand wad he was trying to type.

hello, this is serene from BSC. we helped u sell 1 of ur books, w/o saying thanks, instead, ur rude t my main committee member who told u to collect ur money. u can collect ur unsold books back on monday if not, then it'll be our property. fair enough? if u think our service is not good enough for u, then may i suggest u sell ur books by urself in the future. we'll be fair t you and return ur books and give u ur money by MONDAY. May i suggest that u show some form of appreciation that we're doing this for the students free of charge, giving our time, effort, making sure that everything is in order. that's all. sorry for any inconvenience caused. thanks.
